When can I expect my order?

The average delivery time of our products is 3 to 4 weeks.

Our products are sent directly to you from the supplier. This unique business model allows us to save enormously on storage and transport costs so that we can offer the products at the lowest price possible and take the shipping costs fully for our own account.
 

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?!

In 99% of all cases the orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can happen that an order is delayed within the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the following link:

Have you not received anything yet 3 days after the expected delivery time? Then please contact us and we will look into it as soon as possible.
  

I am missing a number of products in my order, how is this possible?
 
Because we're working together with different suppliers, it is possible that some products are sent separately from each other. If items from your order are missing, you will usually receive them after about 2 to 3 days.

What are the shipping costs?
 
The shipping costs of your order are for our own account.*
 
*sometimes we give away a number of products for promotion for FREE. To cover the costs somewhat, we charge $6.95 in shipping costs.
  

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?
 
Yes. You can return any order to us within 30 days without giving any reason.
  

I want to return an item, what should I do?
  
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition and provided completely with labels. The product should not contain any traces of use.
  
A return shipment should always be provided with a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
 
When we have received the returned items, we will ensure that the purchase amount will be charged back to your account within 30 days.

When your order has been processed by our supplier you will receive an email with the corresponding Tracking number. On our Track your order Page you can enter this number to follow your package:

The Track and Trace code does not indicate any information, how is this possible?

From the moment your package arrives at the mail order company, the Track and Trace information will become available. Bear in mind that there may be some delay.
